The Body Connection Course
Empower your body, own your lifting experience.
More information won't make you a better lifter.
Most lifters think information is what's standing between them and progress. It isn't.
Most people have no idea how to actually move. They've collected cues, quips, and form rules โ and called it knowing. The information sits on top of the body instead of inside it.
I've taught pieces of this material for years. I've never taught it like this. No one has.
Understand how to connect with your body and everything changes โ for you, and for anyone you coach.
A new relationship with lifting — and your body.
Master your own ability to move.
Not memorized cues. Felt, trainable control over how your body actually works.
Learn how to tune into every muscle.
Ask with the mind. Listen with the body. Feel what's actually working.
Deeper access to ANY exercise.
Every press, row, squat, hinge. Unlock the lift, through the same principles.
Learning that actually sticks.
Because your body learned it โ not just your head.
Learn through moving, not thinking.
Unlike anything else in the lifting world.
Every week includes…
Every video is a lab, not a lecture.
Move with me in real time. Feel what I'm feeling as I narrate what's happening. Visceral first.
A method no one else is teaching.
Every other biomechanics course leads with information. This one leads with your body. The concepts arrive when you need them โ and they land, because your body is already in the question.
Two live sessions. Real questions.
Tuesday mornings. Wednesday evenings. Bring what came up in your experiments. Troubleshoot, refine, explore.
No right. No wrong. Only signal.
No One True Way. Just the tools to find yours. ROM, cueing, and form become something you discover โ not something you obey.
What students say.
Course Curriculum.
Six weeks. Every joint. Every major lift. From first principles to the advanced relationship between pain, load, and attention. No one has taught biomechanics in this order, or this way, before.
The foundations of human movement โ and why experimentation, not obligation, is the key to understanding your body.
Learn how the shoulder actually moves, and how to connect with every pressing variation.
Go deeper into the upper body, and learn how to connect with every pulling variation.
Connect with the ground. Learn how the hip, knee, and foot organize every squat variation.
Hinge like you mean it. Plus the elbow and knee โ how the smaller joints integrate with the big chain.
Pain as information, not a stop sign. Advanced cueing, anchoring, and how to keep discovering forever.
Experience real body connection & understanding for the first time.
Watch the weekly material and run every experiment and lifting lab on your own first. Then bring what came up to the calls.

Have questions about the course? Email modernmeatheads@gmail.com with the subject ‘Connection Course’ and I'll get back to you ASAP!
01 Who is this course for? +
Anyone who lifts and wants to understand why they're lifting the way they are. Beginners will get a principles-first foundation that skips years of guesswork. Experienced lifters will find the missing layer under every cue they've ever been given. The course assumes curiosity, not prior knowledge.
02 What's the time commitment? +
Plan for a few hours per week: watching the weekly material, running the experiments and lifting labs on your own, and attending one or both live calls (Tuesday 9โ10 AM EST, Wednesday 5โ6 PM EST). The lifting labs happen inside your normal training โ they don't add extra gym time.
03 What if I can't attend the live calls? +
All calls are recorded and posted in the cohort. The course is built around the reverse classroom โ you watch material and run experiments on your own, then use the calls for questions. Attending live is ideal but not required.
04 Is this a program? A training plan? +
No. This is an education course, not a training program. You'll learn how to understand your body, every major movement, and the principles underneath them. You can apply what you learn inside any program you're already running.
05 What equipment do I need? +
Access to a gym with the basics โ barbell, dumbbells, cables, and common machines (press, row, pulldown, leg extension, leg curl). Each lifting lab covers multiple variations so you can run it with whatever you have.
06 What if I have pain or an injury? +
The final week is dedicated to pain โ the bucket concept, threshold, and how welcoming load is actually what builds tolerance. That said, this is an education course, not medical advice. If you're in acute pain or recovering from injury, please work with a qualified professional alongside the course.
07 Will there be future cohorts? +
Yes, but Cohort 01 is the smallest group that will ever run, which means the most coaching attention per student.
Own your body.
Six weeks of moving with me, feeling what I'm feeling, and building a way of lifting that's unmistakably your own. Learn through moving, not thinking.
